RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

It is important that you are 100% happy with your purchase from DOS. If a reason arises and you are not completely satisfied with your items, you may return them for a full store credit refund or exchange.


In-Store Returns

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED FROM DOS CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AT ANY OF OUR STORES ON THE GROUNDS OF RECEIVING A WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM. EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY.


Mail-In Returns

Items may be returned within 24 hours of delivery for store credit or exchange. No cash refunds are available.

Please email dosclothingecommerce@gmail.com and wait for confirmation before returning your item.

Please do not send back your parcel until you receive our response.

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns due to wrong size, color, or non-quality issues.

Delivery & Shipping Information

For shipments within Nigeria, nationwide delivery applies.

For international shipments to the US, UK, and all other countries, DHL-approved international posting rates apply.
