Turn Around

All orders are shipped within 24–48 hours of receipt and successful processing of payment, Monday to Friday between 8:00am – 5:00pm. Orders received between 4:00pm – 5:00pm on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Before completing checkout, the applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed and added to your order prior to payment confirmation.

Store Pickup – Important Notice

All pickup orders must be collected at the Ikoyi Store within 3 business days of notification. Failure to pick up within this period will result in the item being forfeited. Pickup days are strictly Wednesdays and Fridays.
